Tuscan's arrival; the Owls It was
in July when I heard that there was a pregnant Great Dane bitch in Simonstown.
I phoned the owners and booked a little male Great Dane pup. He was
born on the 3rd of September and I went to collect him in mid November.
After a lot of name searching we decided to call him Tuscan. I was a
little worried about how Mishca our Rotweiler would receive him, but
she was great. Tuscan has so far been a model puppy. He sleeps in the
kitchen and never messes overnight although he is desperate to get out
first thing in the morning to relieve himself. He has already been for
runs along the beach and although he was initially quite intimidated
by the water and waves, he now splashes around quite happily.
